Live at noon today on the St John's Facebook Page, Alastair will lead us in meditations and prayers from Jim Cotter's Prayer in the Day. As the book is within copyright there isn't a downloadable version, but there is a simplicity of form and there is space in Jim's form of prayer to meditate and listen without joining in the the prayers as we do in some liturgies.
