The last three hours are a mainly silent observance of what are traditionally held to be the last three hours of Jesus' life, every twenty-five minutes there will be a prayer, poem, and Bible reading on one of what are traditionally called 'the Seven last words.

Participants are invited to stay for as much of the service as you would like- we recommend arriving or leaving just before the prayers 

12noon - opening Prayer and 'the First Word'

12.25 - the Second Word

12.50 - the Third Word

1.15 - the Fourth Word

1.40 -the Fifth Word

2.05 - the Sixth Word

2.30 - the Seventh Word

2.55 - Closing Prayers
