Reflection

This painting, titled “Hope”, was inspired by the heroic acts of the people during the 2009 Victoria, Australia Bush Fires. I love this painting because it reminds me that life still finds a way, even in the midst of destruction. May we, in our Advent journey of waiting and keeping watch, prepare our hearts, minds and spirits for the hope that will soon be born to us and the world.
