Join us for a service of Word and Prayer via Zoom as we mark the beginning of this Holy Season of Lent.
Lent is usually marked, as are we, by the imposition of Ashes on our foreheads - a reminder of our mortality and our calling to leave behind those things which are not good for us or for the world. In these COVID-19 times we cannot gather to share Eucharist and have our foreheads smudged, but we can be reminded of the importance of this season, and the calling to prepare for Easter with prayer, fasting, and the giving of alms.
